SHIPPING

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship from purchase pending availability and credit verification. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7 - 10 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. We do not ship to P.O boxes or military addresses.

We only ship within the 50 states in the US. Stay tuned, more locations coming soon!

Duties are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments. Sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

If this happens to you, email us at hello@mysisimi.com as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.

However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can visit the this page to see the status of your order. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

You can also view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Shoppay.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns for orders within 7 days of delivery receipt.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, altered, washed, or have any fragrance.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

Currently, we are only able to process returns, not exchanges. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.

We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

If your item arrives with any damage, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@mysisimi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, along with a photo and brief description of the issue. Our team will review the details and assist you with the available options from there.
