We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a refund of your purchase.
Please bear with us as we accept returns for orders within 7 days of delivery receipt.
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, altered, washed, or have any fragrance.
Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
Currently, we are only able to process returns, not exchanges. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives with any damage, please contact our customer service team at hello@mysisimi.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, along with a photo and brief description of the issue. Our team will review the details and assist you with the available options from there.
Likewise you could fill out the contact form and we'll help you out.
We will notify you when the product has been received correctly.
Please remember that the following requirements must be met for an return to be accepted:
- You must have sent us an email explaining the reason for the change or return.
- The product must not have been used, it must be in the same condition as when it was received and with its original packaging.
Upon approval you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 15 days.
Invalid Reasons for a return:
1. Buyer no longer wants the items - We cannot honor this if we want to continue offering great value at SISIMI. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.

2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied. Visit our shipping policy page for more details
