Care instructions
To keep your mask hygienic and soft, follow these simple steps:
- The Refresh - Since it touches your face daily, we recommend a quick hand wash every 1-2 weeks.
- The Method - Use cool water and a drop of pH-neutral silk wash. Submerge, gently agitate, and rinse.
- The Dry - Pat between two towels to remove excess water (never wring!) and lay flat to dry in the shade.
Shipping and Returns
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship from purchase pending availability and credit verification. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7 - 10 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner.
Please note all items noted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or return. We accept returns for every other order within 7 days of delivery receipt.

- Will this stay on if I’m a side-sleeper? Yes. We’ve perfected the tension of our silk-wrapped band to be secure enough to stay in place all night, but gentle enough to prevent "elastic-burn" or morning headaches.
- Does it actually help with dark circles or puffiness? While it won't replace your eye cream, it makes it more effective. Because silk doesn't absorb moisture, your eye creams stay on your skin. Additionally, the gentle weight of the silk filling can help with lymphatic drainage to reduce morning puffiness.
