Care instructions
- Hand wash is ideal - But for the busy life, machine wash is perfect. Use a delicate cycle, cold water, and a mesh laundry bag to prevent snags.
- Always use a pH-neutral liquid silk/wool detergent - Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, which can break down the natural protein fibers.
- Never tumble dry - Lay flat in the shade or hang to air dry. Silk dries remarkably fast.
- Iron or steam on a low "silk" setting to bring back that signature high-luster shine.
Shipping and Returns
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7 - 10 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner.
We accept returns for every other orders within 7 days of delivery receipt.
