Care instructions
Silk is surprisingly durable when treated with respect.
- Machine Washable - Use a cold, delicate cycle (max 30°C) with a mesh laundry bag.
- Neutral pH Only - Use a specialized silk/delicates detergent. Never use bleach or enzymes.
- Air Dry Only - Hang to dry out of direct sunlight. Silk fibers dry quickly and maintain their strength when air-dried.
- The "Softness" Reset: If you prefer a crisp look, iron on the inside on a "cool" setting while the silk is slightly damp.
Shipping and Returns
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship from purchase pending availability and credit verification. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7 - 10 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner.
Please note all items noted as final sale (including but not limited to our silk headbands, silk scrunchies, and silk eye mask) are not eligible for exchange or return. We accept returns for all orders within 7 days of delivery receipt.
